- Discrete approach to the identified potential candidate
Assessments locations
- Establishing contact and creation of mutual trust through face-to-face meetings and/or in-house first-assessment interviews at the candidate’s location or at a neutral location.
- Target: defining of requirement profile and their congruency in regards to qualification, experience, and character of potential candidate.
- Introduction of potential candidate to the client with the candidate’s detailed profile.
