 - Finalization of target companies in cooperation with the client in strict compliance with off-limits rules.

Potential candidate identification

  • Identification of potential candidates using professional methodology to protect anonymity of the client, plus guaranteed confidentiality.

Pre-selection and motivation of potential candidates 

  • Discrete approach to the identified potential candidate

Assessments locations 

  • Establishing contact and creation of mutual trust through face-to-face meetings and/or in-house first-assessment interviews at the candidate’s location or at a neutral location.
  • Target: defining of requirement profile and their congruency in regards to qualification, experience, and character of potential candidate.
  • Introduction of potential candidate to the client with the candidate’s detailed profile.
