Finalization of target companies in cooperation with the client in strict compliance with off-limits rules.

Establishing contact and creation of mutual trust through face-to-face meetings and/or in-house first-assessment interviews at the candidate’s location or at a neutral location.

Target: defining of requirement profile and their congruency in regards to qualification, experience, and character of potential candidate.

Introduction of potential candidate to the client with the candidate’s detailed profile.

DISTRIBUTOR SEARCH

On the first view distribution channels in Japan seem to be very complex. 

Based on industry a chain of distribution channels i.e. importer, distributor, first dealer, second dealer and retailer has to be adjusted to. Which of these are appropriate is in some cases not a question of need, it’s rather a question of habit. 

To avoid for example direct influences on pricing and marketing – just to name two strategic decisions which will influence a foreign company’s market entry success – the best partner has to be chosen.

We offer distributor and partner search by identifying appropriate channels and candidates.
