The second consulting phase consists of appraisal of an individual’s qualifications and the evaluation of personal potential.
 
The third phase serves to determine an individual’s application strategy. At the end, a frame for a further professional direction and line of action in applications will be defined.
 
Also the compilation of application documents, execution of applications, preparation of
interviews, and the evaluation of offers are covered.
 
In the concluding phase, support in new contract of employment negotiations will be provided.
 
The service portfolio can be customized to the client’s requirements and level of difficulty, and range in length from hourly to multi-day sessions.
